During the presscon of Kris Bernal's latest afternoon soap "Hiram na Puso" in GMA 7, spectators have noticed a change in her face's shape that gave them the instinct that the actress has undergone a cosmetic surgery.

"'Di po! Siguro kasi tumaba ako," Kris clarified.
