Cesar Montano is excited with his return to Kapamilya Network. Cesar Montano admitted that Vic del Rosario is his new manager and he is the person behind the negotiation on his anticipated return to the Kapamilya Network.
Cesar said he already missed his dressing room he once used in his show the Singing Bee.
Well I think it is not bad for Cesar to return and go. I think his manager knows the best for him. Cesar's career really boomed when he was still at the Kapamilya network and when he transferred to Kapuso Network, his name wasn't so talked about submerging him below the limelight of popularity.
